On-Site Service

The HelpDesk™ provides onsite IT support service coverng the Caboolture, Woodford & Townsville regional areas. We also service other locations listed here. Our normal target computer emergency response time is 2 hours. Where available, we can provide immediate emergency "on-site" support.

IT Support Agreement

For larger organisations without in-house IT support staff, The HelpDesk™ can offer an IT Support Agreement which caters for all types of computer support services at mutually agreeable rates. Computer cleaning and Tune up service

A computer cleaning service is available for your convenience, we recommend your workstations & file servers are routinely cleaned and kept free of dust to ensure reliable service.
