  • Remote Access support is a service provided by The HelpDesk® to our customers "you" as a quick, convenient, safe, secure and cost effective method of computer technical support.
  • By providing the ID number, you agree to permit The HelpDesk® or its authorised representative to gain remote access to your computer, files & folders for technical support purposes.
  • The HelpDesk® will not be liable for any property damage, personal injury, loss of use, interruption of business, loss of profits, or other consequential, indirect, incidental, punitive or special damages. This applies to all situations howsoever caused, whether for breach of warranty, contract, negligence, strict liability or otherwise, other than those damages that are incapable of limitation, exclusion or restriction under applicable statute.
  • By using Remote Access you accept all the terms and conditions of this agreement and agree that you will be legally bound by them. If these terms and conditions are not acceptable to you, do not continue to use The HelpDesk® Remote Access service.
